Summary:
Paramount Apparel, DMA:
Imperial is in search of a self-directed Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can manage accounts, communicate with outside sales representatives, and handle other projects as assigned.
Following training, this is a hybrid remote position, meaning a portion of, but not all, job functions can be performed remotely (up to 2 days a week remote - schedule at the manager's discretion) This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Administration.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with sales representatives from licensed team dealers- Understand color patterns, product styles, and other information necessary for maintaining processes and offering product suggestions to customers- Build relationships with the customers- Learn and understand purchase order details and art proofs- Communicate with customers, internal and external team members, over email and phone systems in regards to order progress, order tracking, and other communications- Able to perform all processes digitally- Work with company related websites and website orders, understand functionality & identify errors or areas of improvement- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisorQualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)- Customer service experience (Preferred)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong Organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Capable to deal promptly with various types of customer demands- Basic understanding of Google Suite, Microsoft Word & ExcelAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
